Corvandis Global BV ("Corvandis Global", "we", "us") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and safeguard information when you visit www.corvandisglobal.be or otherwise interact with us.
We act as data controller within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (the "GDPR") and the Belgian Data Protection Act of 30 July 2018.

3. Personal data we collect
Depending on how you interact with us, we may process:
- Contact data — name, email address, phone number and message content submitted through our contact form or by email.
- Corporate data — company name, function, VAT number and business correspondence.
- Technical data — IP address, browser type, device information, referral source and pages visited, collected automatically for security and analytics purposes.
4. Purposes and legal bases
- Responding to enquiries and managing our business relationship — performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).
- Complying with legal, tax and accounting obligations — legal obligation (Art. 6.1.c GDPR).
- Ensuring the security, integrity and improvement of our website — legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f GDPR).
- Sending occasional corporate updates where you have opted in — consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR).
5. Recipients and transfers
Personal data is accessed only by authorised staff of Corvandis Global and, where strictly necessary, by trusted processors such as our IT and hosting providers. We do not sell personal data. Where data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, we rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or another lawful transfer mechanism.
6. Retention
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described above and to comply with our legal obligations. Contact-form data is generally deleted 24 months after the last meaningful interaction, unless a longer retention period is required by law.
7. Your rights
Subject to the conditions set by the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase or restrict processing of your personal data, to object to processing, and to data portability. You may withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.
